Physical fitness is the name of the game in P.E. The goal of each class is to have fun and work out at the same time. We play games that will get hearts pumping, but we are laughing and having a great time! We stretch, climb, dance, roll, throw, kick, run, and jump. We work on sports skills with great emphasis on eye-hand coordination. We also learn the names of the muscles, and we use them! The children have P.E. three times per week, and every day is a great adventure. |
