Mrs. Isabel Camarillo’s 24-year journey in education started as a band director in Granbury ISD and transitioned to various roles within Grand Prairie ISD which showcase her dedication to both her profession and the community she serves. Her experience spans from teaching middle school band and AP Spanish at Kennedy Middle School, elementary music at Seguin and Travis elementaries to serving as an assistant principal at Crockett Early Education School. Most recently, Mrs. Camarillo served as principal at Bonham Early Education School. 

Isabel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Tarleton State University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Camarillo's commitment to her family shines through. Spending quality time with her husband and three children, all of whom are products of Grand Prairie ISD schools, underscores her deep-rooted connection to the district and reinforces her passion for education both in and outside the classroom
